•Review and closing of first mortgage transactions. (FHA, VA, Conventional)
•Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
•Verify completeness of application information / documentation.
•Review and clear applicable PTF conditions.
•Review, analyze and make required updates via CofC CD and/or Post Consummation CDs
•Balance funding figures with escrow/title
•Order wires
Requirements:

•High School Diploma +
•2yrs + experience as a mortgage loan closer
•Must be familiar with underwriting and regulatory requirements
•Ability to work in fast paced environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
